Position Summary: Drab to Fab is a modern, eco-friendly landscape design, build & maintenance contractor serving San Diego County. We have completed over 400 projects since our founding in August 2020. We are looking to continue our rapid growth with key hires that can grow alongside the company. The Landscape Enhancement & Maintenance Foreman will be an integral component of our growth plan.

This is a full-time position with hourly pay ranging between $20-$25 depending on experience. A company vehicle will be provided to the successful candidate, who must have a clean driving record without at-fault accidents or multiple driving infractions.

Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of landscape maintenance tasks, including:

• Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns and shrubs.

• Weeding, planting, and mulching.

• Installing and maintaining irrigation systems (sprinkler and drip).

• Fertilizing and applying pest control (as needed).

• Cleaning up debris and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality, professional service.

• Assist with other duties as assigned, such as assisting with landscape installations or other projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Social Security Number & ability to pass I9 verification

• Ability to communicate in basic English

• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures, safety regulations, and professional standards

Preferred:

• Experience in landscape construction or installation
• Experience with irrigation systems (sprinkler and/or drip)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• ​​​​​​​Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
