Position Summary:

Drab to Fab is seeking a motivated and reliable Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality landscape maintenance services to our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of landscape maintenance tasks, including:
    • Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns and shrubs.
    • Weeding, planting, and mulching.
    • Installing and maintaining irrigation systems (sprinkler and drip).
    • Fertilizing and applying pest control (as needed).
    • Cleaning up debris and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality, professional service.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned, such as assisting with landscape installations or other projects.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Social Security Number
    • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
    • Ability to communicate in basic English
    • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures, safety regulations, and professional standards
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in landscape construction or installation
    • Experience with irrigation systems (sprinkler and/or drip)
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
    • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
